Elite Broker Network  ·  EBN Holdings Pty Ltd  ·  AFSL 518220

enquiries@ebn.net.au

The network run by brokers who are still broking.

Our chair and directors are active authorised representatives themselves, under the same licence and the same rules as you would be.

We are not trying to be the biggest network in the country. We are trying to be the one where good brokers stay.

Where you are now

Where are you coming from?

You would be setting up your own business, with the licence already in place.

You have the relationships and the experience. What you do not have is a licence, and holding one yourself is the expensive way to start.

You trade under your own name, not ours. Your brand, your clients, your relationships.

You do not need an AFSL of your own. You come in as an authorised representative under AFSL 518220.

Compliance, audit, CPD tracking and the back office sit with us from the first day.

Nothing is lodged with ASIC until you have seen the costs and said yes.

How joining works

The question is what you give up to move, and what you stop giving away once you have.

You already know how the model works, so the decision is narrower this time. It is only whether this network treats your book better than the one it is in now.

What you give up is the part you never chose: a platform decided for you, a policy that landed without anyone asking.

You would be one of fifteen firms rather than one of several hundred. That is the difference you notice first.

Your current licensee hears nothing from us. We take no references while you are deciding.

Fees and remuneration are put in front of you in full, before anything is signed.

What changes if you move

The licence is the part that stopped being worth holding on your own.

The compliance load grows every year whether your book does or not. Handing the licence back is not a step down, it is taking the least profitable part of the business off your desk.

The cost and the responsibility of AFSL 518220 sit with EBN Holdings, not with you.

Policies, monitoring, CPD and the audit paperwork come off your desk entirely.

You keep a seat at the table. Members participate in how the network is run.

Working out what happens to your existing licence, and over what period, comes first.

What we take off your desk

Succession is a different conversation, and it is better had early than late.

You are not trying to grow, you are trying to land. That needs a different plan to the one a network usually sells, and it needs to start earlier than most people think.

Raise it at the first call rather than at the point of sale. The options narrow the longer it is left.

The person you would be talking to runs a brokerage of their own, so it is not a hypothetical conversation.

Nothing you say is shared outside that conversation.

Nothing moves on your book. It starts with what you want the end to look like.

The succession conversation

Most networks are built for the licensee. This one was built for the members.

Every AR network makes the same promises at the pitch. The difference shows up two years in, when a platform you did not choose becomes mandatory, when a policy lands without anyone asking, and when the person deciding has never had to live with the consequence.

EBN is structured so that cannot happen quietly. The chair and key directors are practising authorised representatives, inside the same licence, running their own books, under the same rules they set.

It also means you are considered on your own terms. At fifteen firms every addition is weighed individually rather than against a volume target, which is the one real advantage a small network has over a large one.

Who runs it

You should know exactly whose licence you are joining.

Broking, underwriting, law, finance and technology. Their names, their firms and what each of them actually does, so you can check any of it before you pick up the phone.

All nine, in full

The deal, in plain terms

No commission on your independence. Exactly what stays with you, and exactly what we take off your desk. Open any line to see what that means in practice.

Stays yours

Your brand and your book Your name over the door, your clients, your relationships. Nothing gets rebadged.

EBN holds no rights to your trading name, your client list or your goodwill. If you ever leave, you leave with all three.

Your platform Winbeat or Insight, your call. We do not mandate a system and charge you for the privilege.

No migration is required to join, and no system is resold to you at a margin. The hub sits alongside whatever you already run.

Your decisions No corporate structure dictating how you run your week, your pricing or your hires.

Nobody above you with a revenue target that gets met using your book. No mandated products and no referral quotas.

A seat at the table Members participate in how the network is run. That is the point of a small one.

Fifteen firms, not several hundred. Six of the nine directors sit under the same policies they set, so a bad decision costs them too.

What you are actually joining

Someone here has already written the risk on your desk.

A licence you can get anywhere. What you cannot get anywhere is fifteen firms who between them have already seen the thing that just landed on your desk, and who will take the call.

That is the part nobody puts a price on, and it is the part members talk about.

Joining

How it works, start to finish.

The first conversation is confidential. Nothing moves until you say so.

01

A confidential conversation

A call with a director who still runs their own book. What you want, what you are leaving, whether it is a fit.

02

Due diligence

PI certificate, ASIC extract, RG 146 evidence and references. Everyone already here was checked the same way.

03

Authorisation

AR deed executed, ASIC authorisation lodged, your CAR number issued.

04

Systems and first ninety days

Accounts, platform access, compliance induction, and a name to call.

Fees and remuneration are covered at stage one, in full, before anything is signed.

Start here

Have a confidential conversation.

Most brokers who call us are not ready to move. They want to know what the numbers would look like if they did.

You speak to a director

Someone who runs a brokerage under this licence, not a business development manager working to a target.

It stays between us

No references taken, no one in the market contacted. If you want it in writing first, we will sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before you tell us anything.

You are under no obligation

If the fit is wrong we will tell you, and we will tell you who we think it is right with.

Ask us anything, in confidence

A director replies within one business day. Nothing is passed on.

Handled under our Privacy Policy and never shared outside the board.

Not ready to put anything in writing? Ask us to sign a confidentiality agreement first.
